Sweet Treats and Hot Beverages
Direct from the North Pole, Mrs. Claus is bringing her Holiday Treat Cart to the Stony Brook Train Station on Saturday, November 29th. There will be treats for little boys and girls of all ages at this very special art installation created by local artist and photographer Michael Rosengard. The outdoor art installation is part of the Stony Brook Train Station Beautification Train Project, spearheaded over the years, by the Three Village Community Trust.
There will be candied apples, warm pretzels, light bites, sweet treats and hot beverages – all sponsored by Dave Prestia and Bagel Express. A special thanks to Olde Town Gardens for donating the greenery to the project.
Date and Time: Saturday, November 29th from 1pm-2pm at the Stony Brook Train Station.
Bring the kids and grandkids.
Meet the artist! Take photos with Mrs. Claus before she has to get back to the North Pole! And celebrate the Holiday Season!

The Three Village Community Trust held its 21st Annual Fall Gala on Wednesday, November 12th at the Old Field Club. More than one hundred leaders and representatives from government, business, cultural organizations, educational institutions, and civic groups attended to support the Trust’s work to “Protect the Places You Love.” Your sponsorship made our event possible!
The special guest of honor for the evening was Noel Gish, the popular Long Island historian, teacher, author, researcher and lecturer. Noel spoke on the subject of “Forever Proud to be a Long Islander,” highlighting the outsized role Long Islanders have played throughout our nation’s history.
During the event, three Long Islanders were recognized for their special contributions to the Three Village community: Northville Industry and its general manager Peter St. Germaine for their commitment to the Setauket to Port Jefferson Station Greenway; Emily Riley for her establishment of pollinator gardens at numerous public sites; and Dave Prestia of Bagel Express for his generous contributions to groups and institutions.
