Dear Friends and Supporters,

The Three Village Community Trust is grateful for your support throughout the past year. As an all-volunteer organization of your friends and neighbors, we are dependent on people like you for the funding of our operations, restoration projects, and initiatives.

Due to your generosity, we were able to complete two major restoration projects in 2023. At the Tyler House, we did major repairs to the roof, front porch, and windows; and we painted the house’s exterior! At the Smith/deZafra House, we did major renovations to the grounds by removing a large inground concrete pool, reconstructing the driveway, and restoring the many stone retaining walls. Both properties have been greatly improved and look GREAT- because of You.

There is more work to be done. So, we are hoping you will join us in this year’s Annual Holiday Appeal.

Here are some of our needs as we look forward to 2024, our twenty-first year of “Protecting the Places You Love:”

Steven D. Matthews Preserve – Protected woodlands acquired in 2006: Removal of invasive plants and storm debris along the southern and western perimeter of the property.

We are proud of our progress over the past twenty years! And, with your help, we can continue to make significant progress – “Protecting the Places You Love.”
