TVCT’s Annual Meeting at the Setauket Neighborhood House.  The Hawkins Homestead: a Historic Preservation Story, will be the topic of a talk by Robert Reuter, Trustee and member of the Town’s HDAC. And we will report on what we’ve accomplished in 2016 and what we plan for 2017.  Free and open to all. Donations always welcome.  Wine, Cheese, & Desserts will be served.

25A/Main Street Study – All Communities Wrap-up Meeting*.  At the Stony Brook School, Kanas Hall.   The consultants will summarize their initial findings and seek additional input for inclusion in the report that will be submitted to the Town later this spring.

Join the Conversation:  Patriots Hollow State Forest: A discussion of ideas for its future:  at the Setauket Neighborhood House.  Landscape architect, David Lamb, will present some ideas followed by an open discussion aimed at guiding its management as a local “community” forest within the DEC guidelines.  Invited: NYS DEC Region 1 Director and NYS DOT Forester. 

NOTE: This is your opportunity to participate in planning the future of our “Main Street” – the 25A Corridor. We urge you to attend the Wrap-up Meeting on March 4. The Town of Brookhaven and the 25A Corridor Citizens Advisory Committee need your input for planning the future of our Main Street.
